Information to presenters of papers

We would like to focus your attention to the following information for all oral presentations:

Each oral presentation is allocated 25 min (approximately 20 min presentation, followed by 5 min discussion). As we published in the conference website, selected papers from RELPOWFLO V will be published in a special issue of “Chemical Engineering & Technology” by Wiley-VCH Verlag and in “Particulate Science and Technology” by Taylor & Francis. The Session Chair and Co-Chair will select the best works from the presentations in each session and recommend them for publishing in the journals. The editors of the journals will invite relevant authors to produce extended papers for journal publications accordingly.

(1) A PC connected to an overhead projector will be available in each session rooms. All presenters are requested to bring their presentation file/s in a memory stick. Please make sure that the presentation will be uploaded to the PC in advance and check its proper function (videos, animations, etc.). The Co-Chair and/or some of our Tel-Tek colleagues will be there to help you uploading the presentations.

 (2) All session presenters are requested to meet the session Chair and Co-Chair in advance and handover a brief self-introduction/biodata before the session starts.

 (3) A common “WiFi” connection will be available for all conference participants. However, if your presentation has any video or other files from internet, it is advisable to download them in advance and place them in your memory stick to avoid any delays to your presentation.

Poster presentations

Recommended poster size is A1. A0 can also be accepted.

All poster presenters are responsible for put up their posters on the walls, which will be available in the foyer of the Ibsen House. The presenters should be available at their posters in coffee breaks.

Session Chairs and Co-chairs

We kindly ask you to check the final programme and note the sessions allocated for you. Please meet up the session presenters in advance and make sure their presentation files are uploaded in the PC available in the session room. It is quite important to manage the time allocated for each presentation and conduct the question/discussion session smoothly.

As you are aware of, selected papers from RELPOWFLO V will be published in a special issue of “Chemical Engineering & Technology” by Wiley-VCH Verlag and in “Particulate Science and Technology” by Taylor & Francis. At the end of the session, please select one or two best works from the presentations based on their scientific content, novelty, etc., and hand over the list to Liv or Chandana, who will further communicate with the editors of the relevant journals.
